Midtown is located at the north side of downtown Tallahassee. This up-and-coming area rests between Third avenue and Betton Road. Restaurants, shops, and nightlife are all well within walking distance. Properties include a range of single family homes, and mixed-use spaces.

Midtown serves as the commercial hub of eastern Tallahassee, the capital city of Florida. The city is located in northwest Florida. It is located between the Gulf of Mexico and the Georgia border. Unlike much of Florida, this area is home to a wide variety of trees. Tallahassee is known for it’s flowering trees that extend over roadways like canopies.
On the drive from downtown, Midtown begins where Monroe Street and Thomasville Road intersect. The neighborhood extends to the north like an upturned triangle extending to Lake Ella to the north-west and shopping centers to the north-east.
Downtown is only blocks away, serving as the entertainment and business hub of the city. Midtown is within walking distance of the more established neighborhoods including: Lafayette Park, Levy Park, Forest Glen, Levy Park and Los Robles.
Midtown rests in a subtropical climate. Unlike the Florida peninsula, the panhandle experiences all four seasons. Summers are long and include a rainy season from June through July. Spring and fall are mild and dry with temperatures around 60 degrees fahrenheit. The seasons are so distinct that the color of the leaves change in the fall. Winters in Midtown last from December to February with temperatures in the low to mid fifties. Snow is very rare.
